A Step-by-Step Guide to Your Thermography Experience
Our thermography screening process is designed to be simple, private, and thorough. Here's what to expect:
Before Your Appointment
Before your screening, you'll complete a brief intake form that includes our pre-screening guidelines to ensure the most accurate results. Completing the form will create your secure client portal, where your report and thermographic images will be available following the interpretation process.
Your Screening Experience
When you arrive, our medical thermographer will walk you through the imaging process and answer any questions. Your screening takes place in a private, temperature-controlled room designed to support optimal imaging conditions. The imaging itself is quick and completely non-invasive, typically taking less than 15 minutes depending on your selected screening type.
Report & Analysis
After your screening, your thermographic images undergo a comprehensive, multi-level review process by our team board-certified thermologists. Within 3-5 business days, you'll receive a detailed digital report through your client portal, including your thermographic images and interpretation.
Baseline & Comparison
For new clients, we schedule your 6-month follow-up appointment before you leave the office. This comparison screening establishes your personal thermal baseline, allowing us to accurately monitor subtle changes over time. Once your baseline is established, periodic thermography screenings are recommended to support proactive health monitoring and maintain awareness of physiological changes.
Report Review & Next Steps
Once your report is available, you'll receive a consultation to review your findings and discuss any recommended next steps. We'll guide you through your results, answer your questions, and help you understand what your thermographic and the thermal patterns identified images may reveal about your body's function and balance.
