Our thermography screening process is designed to be simple, private, and thorough. Here's what to expect:
Before Your Appointment
Before your visit, you'll complete a brief intake form that includes our prescreening protocols to ensure the most accurate results. Submitting the form automatically creates your secure client portal, where your report and images will be delivered following the interpretation process.
Your Screening Experience
When you arrive, our medical thermographer will walk you through the imaging process and answer any questions. Your scan takes place in a private, temperature controlled room. The imaging itself is quick and entirely non-invasive, typically taking less than 15 minutes depending on your chosen screening type.
Report and Analysis
After your scan, your images and data are analyzed by our Board Certified Thermologists through a rigorous, multi-level review process. Within 3-5 business days, you'll receive a comprehensive digital report in your client portal, including your images and findings.
Baseline and Follow-Up
For new clients, we schedule a six-month follow-up appointment before you leave the office. This second scan establishes your personal thermal baseline, allowing us to accurately track subtle changes over time. Once your baseline is set, annual screenings are recommended-an empowering way to stay proactive with your health and maintain early awareness of physiological changes.
Consultation and Next Steps
After your report is available, you'll receive a consultation to review your findings and discuss any recommended next steps. We'll guide you through your results, answer questions, and help you understand what your images may reveal about your body's function and balance. Our goal is to make your thermography experience clear, supportive and actionable-so you can make confident, informed health choices.
